Yes, high-elasticity air-layers have a natural tendency to curl. It’s physics.

Our Fix
We use a proprietary "Edge-Lock" setting process.

Q2: "Is 20D Nylon delicate? Will it pill easily?"

It is Grade 4 Anti-Pilling against friction. However, it hates Velcro.

Advice
Air-Sculpt 34™ is a luxury performance fabric (like Lululemon’s Align™). Please educate your customers to keep it away from abrasive Velcro or rough zippers via your Care Label.

Q3: "Will vacuum packing crush the 'Air' structure?"

Aggressive vacuuming can create permanent creases in air-layer fabrics.

Protocol
We do NOT use full vacuum. We use "Low-Pressure Compression". It reduces volume by 30% to save shipping cost, but protects the "Mochi" bounce. Recover fully after 24h relaxing.

Q4: "Can I just use my standard N66 cutting pattern?"

Air-Sculpt 34™ has higher elasticity/recovery than standard N66 fabrics. Standard patterns might feel tighter.

Advice
We recommend doing a fitting sample first. You might need to relax the pattern by 0.5cm for that perfect "Zero Pressure" fit.
